Mango tree (Mangifera indica)

The Swedish governor of the county Östergötland, Ms. Elisabeth Nilsson visited Kilmilili in Kenya 2017. On the 22nd of November a mango tree was planted together with children from Gustafs orphanage in Kimilili, local leaders and the general public.

Now the Mango tree is the Children´s Meeting Place in western Kenya and reminds us of the good cooperation between children and youth in Kimilil and in the municipality of Kinda, Sweden.
