The theme for UNEA-3 (United Nations Environment Assembly) was: Get rid of garbage on land and at sea.
Jackson from Dandora spoke of the problems at the huge dumpsite.
Kajsa invited representatives from Major Groups to the Mother Tree.
– What is important for you when we develope the area?
• All what will be created shall be of recycled material.
• Community Garden – Feature traditional medicines and indigenous practices.
• Miniature Library, mounted on nearby tree.
• Combined quilt of waterproof, nation-representative items, used as an awning and ground covering.
• Metallic drums, used as seats and tables.
• Space for visual art/music.
• Reinstall the 7 Stones Fireplace above the former site.
• A Treehouse.
