Special Session on Children
New York<\/h3>

At the UN Special Session on Children in New York children participated for the first time as official delegates at this high level.<\/p>

The aim of the meeting: What has happened since the signing of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child 1990 and to strengthen the work.<\/p>

Globetree participants are two children and two adults from V\u00e4rmd\u00f6 and V\u00e4xj\u00f6 (The Children\u2019s Ombud).<\/p>

The World Youth Parliament for Water<\/h3>

UNDP United Nations Development Program) asks Globetree to appoint four participants from Sweden to the first youth conference The World Youth Parliament for Water, Quebec, Canada.<\/p>

80 youth from 24 countries participate.<\/p>
